Job DetailsJob Location: Colonial Beach - Colonial Beach, VA 22443Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $19.00 Hourly Bay Aging is seeking part-time Home Care C.N. A. Aides for Colonial Beach, VA. Deliver in-home care services to Bay Aging clients so they can live safely in the community. Provide personal care, health and safety monitoring and light housekeeping. Introduce and coach new Personal Care Aides in the field. Perform administrative work in the office to complete a full-time schedule every week. Report to the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1) Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) 2) Provide assistance with Special maintenance 3) Perform Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADL) - Follow the individual Care Plan developed by the RN Supervisor. - Bathing, dressing and grooming - Toileting - Transferring - Assist with eating - Ambulation - Turn and change position - Check vitals, - Supervise medication - Assist with specialized care need as assigned by the RN supervisor - Provide supervisory care for clients who require constant monitoring. - Meal preparation. - Light housekeeping in the area of the home used by the client. - Laundry. - Acc...
