Company Description We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to support strategic customers across datacenter, AI, server, and advanced computing markets. This role is based in the Seattle area to provide local customer support and maintain regular access to the Renesas lab facility in Tumwater, WA. This role combines hands-on technical ownership, system-level power expertise, and customer-facing leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in power electronics, and system bring-up, with the ability to guide customers through complex programs from concept to production. Renesas provides comprehensive training on our digital multiphase power solutions, ensuring new hire engineers quickly become experts in our architectures, tools, and validation methodologies.
