Introduction The Learning Shared Services EU team provides support for planning and organizing all learning activities for all ASML employees worldwide. As a Training Coordinator Intern, you are a supporting link between the Learning Organization and our employees to drive the learning and development needs of all our employees. In this role you can demonstrate and improve your planning, organizational, and customer service skills within a highly dynamic global company like ASML. Your assignment: In this role you will support with coordinating our employee development initiatives by planning and organizing technical and personal development training courses, events and educational programs. As a Training Coordinator intern, you will plan and organize training courses for technical learning, soft skills, leadership, and various other learning solutions for ASML primarily in Europe. You will also work closely and support our service leads with different improvement initiatives.
