Job Description The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) invests in a network of community-based organizations and programs to alleviate the effects of poverty and to provide opportunities for New Yorkers and communities to flourish. The Contracting Analyst will be responsible for the variety of tasks that will entail heavy spreadsheet analyses using Excel, DYCD’s Comprehensive Contract Management System (CCMS), the City’s Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort), as well as other databases and information systems. The Contracting Analyst will assist in creation of contract awards using PASSPort and CCMS, and will also perform related coordination, reconciliation, monitoring, contract creation and contract modification. Responsibilities will include complex spreadsheet analyses and require familiarity with New York City’s accounting systems as well as intermediate knowledge of DYCD’s internal technological systems.
