Job description

Essential Job Functions: - Must meet unit quality and productivity metrics. - Complete and check paperwork thoroughly and promptly. - Acts as primary contact with client on site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary - Work as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network - Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to ensure prompt resolution - Manage all client requests and follow ups to ensure that client needs are met - Out-of-hours work required once monthly covering time-sensitive evening, night and weekend operational duties - Responsible for managing client reports and assuring stock accuracy - Other duties as assigned Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
