POSITION SUMMARY: The Body Fabrication Supervisor will manage the workflow, output, and schedule of the department. They will improve production processes and team members’ development. The Metal fabrication Supervisor will update the production manager and other department heads of your department’s progress on given project and exchange parts as needed. Also, they will write performance reviews and work with HR to address worker related issues as they occur.
