Work as part of marketing team of six to enhance brand visibility, generate leads and drive customer experience. What You'll Be Doing: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events including field days, conferences, and internal events. - Provide resources and support for branches to effectively manage and deliver smaller events and sponsorships at a professional level. - Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand and target audience. - Negotiate partnership and sponsorship agreements. - Oversee promotional merchandise process. - Collaborate on projects with the marketing team to drive overall marketing and company success.
