Job Title: Production Team Lead (Manufacturing) Job #: 2026-18079: Industry: Manufacturing (Paint, Coatings, Chemicals): Location: 37094 US-69, Jacksonville, TX 75766 Schedule: 4:30am to 1:00pm (Monday thru Friday) Salary: $28.00 -$33.00 Hourly: Education: High School Diploma Required: Background: Must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Test (No Exceptions) Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder Experience: We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing, Production or Industrial role. Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Production or Manufacturing Team Lead or Supervisor position, leading at least 10 Direct Reports. We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year Forklift Driving experience. Paint, Coatings or Chemicals Manufacturing is a plus.
