We are seeking an experienced and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital acquisition activity and generate high quality leads. This hands on role will strengthen our workforce through targeted recruitment campaigns and drive sales leads across Residential Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, and support Veteran Services. In this role you will: Deliver digital acquisition campaigns that drive quality leads, measured against campaign targets. Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring clean data capture, tracking implementation and clear performance insights are delivered from lead source through to full funnel outcomes.
