Position Overview The Specialist, Product Marketing plays a key role in shaping and driving the Love & Celebration category, supporting the evolution of both new and existing collections. This role combines strong product and analytical expertise with a deep understanding of the diamond and bridal category, translating strategy into impactful product recommendations, storytelling, and retail execution. Working in close partnership with cross-functional teams, the Specialist contributes to building a balanced, high-performing portfolio that enhances desirability, elevates client experience, and drives commercial performance. Key Accountabilities: New Product Support: - Owns and drives the maintenance of product calendars, mappings, and category architectures, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all stages of development - Analyzes portfolio performance (classification, price points, and trends) to inform product recommendations and support assortment evolution - Contributes to new product development through research, competitive analysis, and proactive recommendations - Proactively identifies opportunities to strengthen the portfolio, balancing innovation, core icons, and comm...
