Vice President, Fund/Client CONVERSIONS ONBOARDING Corporate title: Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Conversion Onboarding team. This role is located in Wroclaw. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - By supporting and coordinating the internal onboarding processes necessary to successfully set up new client accounts within the bank’s operational framework. - By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all required data, documentation, and system configurations are delivered accurately and on time. - By contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding procedures, identifying efficiencies and helping to streamline workflows across teams. - By ensuring that all internal onboarding activities are aligned with regulatory requirements, control standards, and organizational best practices. - By providing strong analytical and organizational support that enables smooth transitions and high-quality execution of internal processes.
