Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor - Home Health Great Growth Opportunity!: BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse, RN with with a passion for clinical education. In this role as a Full Time Registered Nurse Lead Preceptor, you will train, coach and mentor newly hired RNS and LPNs. This exciting new role will work one-on-one with our nurses to ensure our clinicians are delivering exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients living in their homes throughout the greater Denver area. In this role, you will also maintain a small caseload of patients. Previous Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
