Your job is more than a job Under general supervision and leadership, the HIM Document Integrity Coordinator will analyze subject matter of documents imported, scanned, or faxed into the electronic health record to ensure accurate indexing for the legal health record. This position is responsible for the quality, accuracy, archiving, and digitalization of documents scanned into the legal health record by all staff entering documents into the electronic medical record system. This position follows all document control procedures to ensure all documents are categorized appropriately for timely retrieval by end users. Monitors appropriate work queues and systems to identify and resolve any outstanding issues. Communicates with end-users to ensure effective resolution to documentation integrity issues.
