Overview DIRECTOR OF MARINE OPERATIONS (BMSS-2026-25004): Bowhead seeks a Director of Marine Operations to be responsible for direct management of the technical and non-technical staff for Marine Operations with an emphasis on small boat maintenance and operation. The qualified candidate will provide leadership to Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and support personnel. They will manage all operational aspects, including program execution, growth, and risks management Responsibilities: The Director of Marine Operations will have excellent industry/customer knowledge, a demonstrated record of accomplishment and growth initiatives, and proven success in proposing and winning opportunities. They must be responsive, reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong motivation to build a productive relationship with internal and external team members.
