Certification Quality Supervisor - Afternoon Shift

Job description

The Stellantis Quality Organization is currently seeking a Certification Line Unit Leader at the Detroit Assembly Complex - Jefferson Plant. This position offers the selected candidate an opportunity to be an integral part of a company whose focus is to change the automotive landscape. The Certification Line Unit Leader will manage the certification line quality verification stations and is the focal point of contact for all certification line quality issues, ensuring shift to shift consistency, and utilizing the data to drive issues to closure utilizing the Stellantis Production Way methodologies. The Certification Line Unit Leader must be a creative problem solver, proactive and steadfast in the identification and resolution of vehicle quality issues. The selected individual will have experience in managing cross-functionally and possess a broad knowledge of the entire automotive engineering, manufacturing and quality landscape and present outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
