We’re seeking an Attorney to join our Timeshare team who brings strong legal judgment, collaboration, and a commitment to doing the work the right way. In this role, you’ll represent clients in timeshare-related matters, managing judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, drafting and arguing motions, appearing in court, and negotiating resolutions. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to navigate title and compliance challenges, support case strategy, and help ensure matters progress efficiently while meeting MDK’s high standards of professionalism and care.
