Your mission: As a Finance Intern, you will provide assistance in maintaining financial records. You’ll be responsible for processing AP invoices and payments, employee expenses, and a variety of recurring accounting transactions. The position may also be responsible for various clerical duties, such as maintaining records and preparing reports. What you'll do: Review and verify all travel expenses (air, hotels, and expenses) and all other expenses paid to employees (gym, etc.), working closely with the Workplace team. Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Post invoices and payments onto the accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), following the Finance processes and procedures in place. Prepare payment runs for Accountants.
