We are seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven professional who is looking to grow a long-term career in hotel sales. This role serves as a critical support function for the Sales & Events team—ensuring seamless execution of group bookings, accurate system management, and exceptional client communication. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage group bookings within Opera PMS , including rooming lists, pickup tracking, and inventory adjustments - Assist with billing processes, folio review, and client voucher reconciliation - Serve as the primary point of contact for group pickup reporting and internal distribution of resumes and BEO packets - Support Sales Managers with administrative coordination and client follow-up - Maintain accuracy across systems and ensure all group data is aligned with brand and operational standards - Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure successful group execution Requirements: Qualifications: - Minimum 2 y...
