Working closely with delivery teams, you’ll help shape test strategy early, improve our automation and regression capability, and provide clear insight on quality, risks and readiness—supporting our Purpose to help build financial resilience, move fairly to a sustainable world, and strengthen the mutual choice for customers. About the role: - Analyse functional and non-functional requirements to define test conditions, test scenarios and coverage. - Create and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases and outcomes. - Design, build and execute manual and automated tests, including reusable regression packs. - Record, triage and manage defects through to resolution, providing clear evidence. - Report on progress, quality, risks and readiness using agreed metrics and standards. - Support and mentor T...
