BSI operates in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment where employment legislation and collective arrangements continue to evolve. This role provides specialist support across employee relations activity in the UK, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality case management while contributing to global ER initiatives. You will play a key role in strengthening compliance, improving the people experience, supporting investigations, and driving continuous improvement across ER processes and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist support across UK employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, performance matters, reorganisations, and investigations.
