A bit about your role: The Program Lead for New Developments provides senior leadership across multiple delivery streams, overseeing end‑to‑end program performance and ensuring outcomes are met across SD1, SD2, DFL and On‑Demand Delivery. The role operates above individual projects, setting direction, governing performance, managing interdependencies and proactively addressing risks, priorities and contractual commitments. It leads delivery partners, drives consistent ways of working, and uses data, analytics and single‑source‑of‑truth reporting to uplift performance and enable executive visibility.
