Job Description The responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Inspector include but are not limited to: - Fill out the Quality Assurance Daily Reports. - Perform a resin check of the molding floor. - Check cycle times of molding machines that are running. - Pick up a complete shot of parts off of each molding press that is running. - Size molding parts and check the jobs on the molding floor and document all findings. - Notify Process Techs and QA Shift Lead/GL/Manager of defects and size problems on molded parts. - Weigh molding parts and document findings - Perform a squeeze test and lid fit test if applicable - Check the jobs on the Print floor and document findings - Check core shift. - Route all papers to be filed into appropriate folders or files. The qualifications include: Starting pay for this position is $21.12. - High school education or equivalent. - Previous quality experience preferred - Good color perception. - Self-motivated. - Good organizational, communication and math skills. - Computer skills required.
