Diamonds Edge Restaurant at the Inn at Diamond Cove, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager join our team for the summer 2026 seasaon. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all property Food and Beverage operations while controlling costs and driving guest and associate satisfaction. This is a seasonal position starting in Mid-May and running through Columbus Day weekend. Colwen Hotels is a hospitality group built on hard work, character, and authenticity.
