Department: 11903 AMC Kenosha - Food and Nutrition Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This position supports patient food services and includes both morning (AM) and evening (PM) shifts. The schedule consists of shifts from 5:00 AM–1:30 PM and 11:15 AM–7:45 PM . Weekend coverage is required on a rotating basis, with weekend hours scheduled from 11:15 AM–7:45 PM . Pay Range: $20.80 - $31.20 Major Responsibilities: - Reviews production sheets and recipes to ensure quality and quantity needed for items to prepare. Prepares food on daily production report according to established guidelines. Maintains time and production records. - Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe. Uses a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment including blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers and tenderizers to prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces and casseroles. - Bakes, roasts, broils and steams meat, fish, vegetables and other foods per recipes.
