Job description
We are supporting an Financial Intuition on the appointment of a CDD Oversight Manager to lead governance, reporting and performance management across a team of 5-10 CDD Analysts. This mandate is focused on strengthening oversight, improving MI capability and driving process efficiency within a high-volume financial markets environment. The role is not hands-on production CDD - it is focused on team leadership, control framework integrity and operational improvement. Responsibilities: - Oversight of a CDD/KYC team (circa 5–10 analysts) - Ownership of workflow governance and quality control standards - Production and enhancement of MI reporting for senior management - KPI/KRI monitoring (SLA adherence, backlog management, QA results, ageing) - Capacity planning and performance management - Identification and implementation of process improvements - Stakeholder engagement across Compliance, Front Office and Operations - Support with audit and regulatory engagement where required Requirements: - Proven experience leading a CDD/KYC team within financial services - Strong MI reporting capability with exposure to senior stakeholders - Experience operating in a capital markets, brokerage,...
