Ocean Capital has an opportunity for a Director- Total Rewards, who will be responsible for supporting the development and evolution of the Total Rewards strategy, as well as planning and managing Total Rewards programs for the Ocean Capital Group of Companies, to meet the business needs and all legal requirements. Our Total Rewards practices includes Compensation modeling, Benefits Administration and Wellbeing Programming. Key Responsibilities: Leading governance processes for Total Rewards.
