Reporting & Governance Model: - Primary reporting: Business leader (Front-end owner) - Dotted-line reporting: IT leadership - Needs to work very closely with IT while remaining business-outcome focused - No heavy governance layers — client wants speed with structure Scope of Work: The PM will lead the front-end workstream, which includes: 1. Customer Service & Design Workflow 2. Planning & Scheduling Integration 3. Program Execution & Coordination Ownership of front-end workflows supporting: - Customer service - Design operations - Ensure workflows are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business processes - Translate business user stories into executable delivery plans - Front-end work includes embedded planning and scheduling logic Must support business’s: - Vinyl liners - Pool covers Address current limitations around: - Scheduling - Capacity planning - Configurator integration - Early-stage customer evaluation Drive execution across: - Business stakeholders - Customer service - Design - Operations - IT - Keep delivery on track while managing dependencies and risks - Maintain momentum—time is of the essence Required Experience & Skills: Must-Have Skills: Domain Knowledge (High...
