Overview: The part-time Welcome Center Specialist is the first point of contact for guests at the Berger Foundation Iceplex located at Acrisure Arena. The Welcome Center Specialist plays a key role in delivering a positive, organized, and welcoming experience. This position supports daily Iceplex operations by assisting guests, managing registrations and rentals, and supporting programs, public skating sessions, and special events. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment and contributing to a high-quality guest experience.
