Summary: The Partner Success Representative role is responsible for managing and supporting the lifecycle of supplier quotes and related actions by reviewing inbound communications, processing assigned tasks, and ensuring timely follow-up with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders. It involves maintaining accurate records, documenting progress, and leveraging systems to track activity and outcomes. The position also plays a key role in coordinating pricing-related actions, responding to requests, and monitoring ongoing workflows to ensure nothing is missed. Additionally, the role requires collaboration and flexibility, including providing backup support to team members to maintain operational continuity and efficiency.
