On the HR Technology Team, reporting to the Manager of Learning Technology, you will deliver end-to-end administration of Hilton's Learning Management System, including building and maintaining a catalog of LMS programs and offerings, and driving ongoing optimization to enhance the digital learning experience. What you'll do during a typical day: - Provide the functional and operational support for Hilton's Learning Management System – including configuration, end-user/admin troubleshooting, and ongoing program builds and content maintenance. - Monitor LMS performance, registrations, completions, and participation to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity. - Be the Tier 2/3 escalation point for LMS issues, partnering with IT and external vendors to resolve incidents How you'll co...
