Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping all property equipment in good repair with minimal down time. Maintenance is also responsible for completing work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following company standards and procedures. As such, this position requires experience with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and general building knowledge. This is a physically demanding position and will require the ability to lift/ carry up to 100 lbs, stand, climb, stoop, bend or kneel. Vision: peripheral, depth perception, close/ distant sight. Maintenance is responsible for the upkeep and repair of property. In addition, annual inspections for both facilities as well as a high amount of flexibility is required as there will be “On-call” shifts that you will be contacted for. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Preferred candidate will have a service gas tech license and refrigeration experience.
