Group Internal Audit (GIA) supports the company in achieving its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of Carlsberg's governance, risk management, and internal controls. The main objective is to assist the Supervisory Board through the Audit Committee and the Executive Committee in the effective discharge of their responsibilities, in line with the GIA Charter.
