How You Will Make an Impact: The Dredge Helper / Deckhand is works with the mining team to execute the daily operations of the dredge including all safety procedures, inspection activities, light maintenance work to support continuous plant operation, general maintenance, and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
