Health and Safety Manager

Job description

We are looking for an Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Kocaeli, Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of Health and Safety (HS) standards across our operations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture, manage risk assessment and incident investigation processes, and drive initiatives that support a safe and sustainable working environment. Your Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance to management on Health & Safety (HS) legislation, standards, and company policies, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System in line with global and regional standards. Develop and enforce HS policies, procedures, and safe working practices to ensure a consistent safety culture across all operations.
