About the Team Business Technology at Miro is an organization of engineers, product managers, architects, and analysts who own the systems behind every business function. Today the team delivers end-to-end business process automation across GTM and corporate operations. Where we're headed is different: we are restructuring around a forward-deployed model – embedding squads directly inside the functions they serve so they can be proactive builders who see the problem up close and ship the solution in context. You will lead that transformation. About the Role: We are looking for a builder — someone who sees a messy, high-stakes systems landscape and gets excited about redesigning it from the ground up. This role owns the operating systems that power how Miro goes to market and how Miro runs as a company. You will lead a combined engineering, product management, and program management organization spanning GTM Systems & Technology and Company OS & Technology. The model is forward-deployed engineering.
