In this role, you'll: Play a central part in coordinating end to end resource allocation—from planning and real time adjustments to certification tracking and post operational reporting—to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery. You’ll support proactive rostering for events, training, and leave, while maintaining accurate and compliant rosters that provide strong forward visibility for operational teams. Using data and reporting tools, you’ll analyse workforce trends, forecast operational needs, and contribute to informed, evidence based decision making. You’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across depots and the wider network to align resourcing with organisational priorities and operational requirements.
