Job description

This position acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for an assigned loan portfolio. This position is responsible for the inbound and outbound calls to assigned portfolio. It requires loan modification document preparation. This position must adhere to all investor requirements for delinquent loan workouts, forbearance, modifications and other workout options. This position must handle all loss mitigation efforts in a fair, considerate, and professional manner and must be compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This position accurately documents all loss mitigation activity in the mortgage servicing platform, vendor systems and any required investor sites. Primary Duties: - Responsible for loss mitigation efforts of all 1-4 family 1st mortgage real estate loans serviced by the mortgage servicing department. - Responsible for working through the customers BRP package and loss mitigation options to determine any available workout option to foreclosure. - Responsible for document preparation and quality control, as necessary. - Working with the investor/insurers for the appropriate workout options and any required approvals. - Follow all investor guidelines and process...
