Location: Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite) | Type: Full-time | Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 (Average) Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand! This role includes a $14/hour base plus performance bonuses based on vehicles purchased for the dealership. The average is between $60K–$100K+ annually , depending on monthly purchase volume. Bonuses are paid per vehicle and increase as monthly production grows. Core Responsibilities: - Make phone calls, send emails, and texts to connect with leads. - Schedule in person appraisals and appointments - Maintain schedule and meet customers to do in personal appraisal and cash offer on vehicle - Manage buying paperwork & assist customer through process. - Perform other duties as assigned.
