Position Summary: Under direct supervision of the Youth and Young Adult (YYA) Navigation Coordinator and general supervision of the VP, YRS; working collaboratively with other Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program agencies, the Navigation Specialist provides individualized, trauma-informed assistance to young adults (16-24) experiencing housing instability or homelessness.
