Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Global Manufacturing Operations

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and final assembly process development and sustaining. - Experience in PCBA (L6), system integration manufacturing (L10), and NPI process development. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in configuring and tracking Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Capability (CP), and Process Capability Index (CPK) metrics. - Experience in utilizing statistical analysis tools to monitor quality. - Experience with design and Gerber tools including Valor, AutoCAD, and Cadence Allegro. - Knowledge of manufacturing testing procedures. - Understanding of industry manufacturing inspection standards.
