Position Purpose: Manage and implement strategies to ensure successful responses to inquiries from state insurance financial examiners across the entire company Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish relationships and ensure timely responses to examination requests. Serve as a subject matter expert within the External Audit team on financial examinations. Maintain archive of prior examination responses and company contacts that can be readily retrieved and updated. Develop, implement and maintain production and quality standards for the compliance program with a focus on financial examinations conducted by state departments of insurance.
