The Practice Solution Manager (PSM) in the Vision Care division plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Alcon's market share and CL penetration within the assigned top potential accounts through implementation of the value adding services driving customer engagement including digital solutions, category growth events and sell-out activities. He/She delivers trainings, coordinates educational events in collaboration with Professional Education team to enhance the skills of the ECPs.
