Your Opportunity You will undertake tasks under the mentorship of a Senior Designer or Architect. While licensure is not mandatory, it is anticipated to be among your short-term objectives. Your Key Responsibilities:  Your Capabilities and Credentials - Keep the Project Manager updated on progress, expectations, deadlines, and deliverables within your responsibilities. Participate in team meetings, charrettes, and coordination sessions. - Assist in monitoring and coordinating internal team and external consultant work and deadlines. - Support project teams in developing designs through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats. - Develop design concepts, renderings, and presentation drawings. - Utilize Autodesk Revit and other BIM technologies to create three-dimensional models of buildings and their components. - Prepare and revise documentation across various architectural phases, including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, and details. - Coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure they align with the design intent. - Assist with contract administration tas...
