Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Adheres to and conveys the SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality. - Maintains a professional appearance, manner, and approach while on duty. - Wears name tag, uniform, and adheres to SRG cell phone policy. - Reports to work on time and as scheduled per community policies and procedures - Receives report from the previous shift, reads Care Staff Assignment and End of Shift report for information and changes before providing resident care. - Documents care given via CareStream; adhering to policies and procedures. - Provides report to oncoming shift...
