Work Flexibility: Hybrid What You Will Do: - Maintain annual strategic plans, gather sales intelligence for tactical decision making. Ensure accurate sales forecasts for both short and long term. Analyze revenue growth and monitor profit margins and targets - Contribute to the overall success and growth of Romania organization as a member of the Business Management Team - Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets while establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts - Closely follow all capital investment related activities in the market, ensure Stryker is part of any project, then negotiate and close agreements with large customers/projects - Assess profitability on an account-by-account basis to identify and communicate the priority accounts and brands in order to ensure adequate investments - Ensure successful implementation of product introductions and projects in the region by sales teams as defined by the Global and Regional market strategy - Ensure customer relations and support customer education activities together with Marketing.
