We are hiring motivated Sales Associates to join our Annuity Sales Desk-your launchpad into a fast-paced internal wholesaling career. You'll begin in our 6-week Sales Launch Training Program, learning annuity fundamentals, product positioning, and advanced sales techniques while preparing for your Series 6 and 63 licenses. Once licensed, you'll become a go-to resource for financial professionals, answering product questions, supporting sales conversations, and helping advisors do business seamlessly with Equitable. As you develop, you'll build strong partnerships with Regional Vice Presidents and position yourself for potential promotion into a Regional Sales Associate (RSA) role.
