Description On Time Trucking, Inc., a leader in LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) transportation, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and dock operations. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound freight, inventory control, yard coordination, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance while maintaining a high standard of service for both internal and external stakeholders. The Warehouse Supervisor will directly supervise dock workers, forklift operators, and yard switchers, and will be responsible for performance management, scheduling, and labor tracking through our HRIS platform, Paylocity . Requirements: Inbound & Outbound Operations: - Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of inbound freight, ensuring accuracy against bills of lading and purchase orders. - Supervise outbound shipping operations to ensure all freight is properly picked, packed, labeled, and secured for transit. - Ensure trailers are loaded and unloaded accurately and on time, with all required shipping documents properly completed.
