Job description

Establishes, scales, and leads SSFCU's centralized Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), designing and operationalizing an enterprise-wide framework for governing strategic initiatives, large-scale transformations, and cross-functional programs. Serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership to ensure critical initiatives--such as technology modernization, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory-driven changes, and member experience improvements--are delivered predictably, in alignment with organizational priorities, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Builds and leads a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) team by hiring, developing, and mentoring project managers, as well as defining career paths and competency models. Drives adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models through structured change management and effective stakeholder engagement. Integrates risk, compliance, legal, and operational considerations into project governance and execution, ensuring alignment with NCUA expectations, third-party risk management standards, and internal control frameworks.
