Our Iowa City manufacturing site is a high-volume, highly automated facility producing iconic brands such as Head & Shoulders, Pantene, and Scope . We are seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects that support innovation, automation, reliability, compliance, and operational improvement across the site. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is ready to build technical and leadership capability in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead projects from concept through execution, startup, and handoff, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver strong business results. Depending on business need, this role may support either our Making Process organization or our Packing team. What You’ll Do: As a Project Manager, you will lead capital programs typically ranging from $200,000 to $2,000,000 in scope.
