Supervisor Job Description The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the department operates safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality and performance. This role is accountable for achieving production goals, controlling defects, managing labor, and keeping associates aligned with daily operational priorities. The Supervisor bridges leadership expectations with execution on the production floor to ensure results meet operational standards and company objectives.
